Fruit should be sold, not thrown away. What is still not sold we utilize through Maträtt and Waste Fruit. The rest goes to organic recycling via Remondis.

Everything we purchase is quality-assessed directly upon arrival. This ensures consistent quality and prevents waste right from the start.

Climate zones

Each raw material is stored in the correct climate zone. Where possible, we raise the temperature to save energy, without affecting the quality.

We place demands on our carriers and collect data on their CO₂ footprint.

Social responsibility

All of our suppliers sign our Code of Conduct, which covers social responsibility.

IP Food Standard

IP Livsmedel ensures that our products and processes meet high standards of food safety, quality, and traceability. This provides safe and secure products for our customers.

All staff at Aroma have completed HACCP training. HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) is a standardized working method that describes how to systematically identify, assess, and control hazards in food production with the aim of ensuring that food is safe for the consumer. Within the EU, companies that handle food are required to apply HACCP.

Recycling

As part of our sustainability efforts, we are affiliated with NPA (Producer Responsibility of the Business Community) in accordance with the requirements of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. This means that we actively contribute to a circular system by financing and ensuring the collection and recycling of our packaging waste.
