Sustainability
How do you work with sustainability?
We focus on sustainable and high-quality products through our own imports, importers, and local growers. Our quality and environmental management system ensures that we meet our stakeholders' requirements.
Do you reduce food waste?
In general, we have a very low level of waste at Aroma. In cases where we have raw ingredients in stock that, for various reasons, cannot be sold to our regular customers and/or at the regular price, we offer customers the chance to take part in our “Waste Fruit” project, where they can buy these items at a reduced price. We also collaborate with Maträtt, which makes use of produce with minor imperfections and ensures it ends up where it is truly needed.
