What is Aroma Fruit & Vegetables?
Aroma Frukt & Grönt is the most dedicated specialist in fruit and vegetables. We are passionate about fruit and vegetables and have been supplying stores and restaurants in Västra Götaland with fresh produce since 1996. We want to inspire people to live greener.
Who are your customers?
We have customers in grocery retail and the restaurant industry. Everything from large grocery stores to smaller retailers, as well as most types of restaurants such as lunch spots, breakfast buffets, pizzerias, evening restaurants, Thai restaurants, and more.

Our range includes most things within fruit and vegetables. We offer products and ingredients suited both to retail, with products that appeal to the everyday shopper, and to restaurant kitchens, where they provide that little extra in both flavor and kitchen efficiency. In addition to fruit and vegetables, we also have a grocery range.
Are your fruits and vegetables organic?
We have organic products in our range and are certified according to EKO, which allows us to handle organic products.
How do you ensure quality and freshness?
We have a knowledgeable purchasing department and a high-quality process for our incoming deliveries that ensures what we buy is of good quality. Our broad customer base means that our stock turns over several times a week, which guarantees fresh ingredients.
Where do your products come from?
We work with growers and suppliers in several different countries as well as in our local area. When possible, we make sure to include as much Swedish and locally grown produce as possible in our range. We follow the seasons of the ingredients and make sure to source them from where the quality is at its best.
Do you have a seasonal product range?
We care that our products are durable and of high quality, and therefore we adapt our assortment according to season and country of origin.

Do you reduce food waste?
In general, we have a very low level of waste at Aroma. In cases where we have raw ingredients in stock that, for various reasons, cannot be sold to our regular customers and/or at the regular price, we offer customers the chance to take part in our “Waste Fruit” project, where they can buy these items at a reduced price. We also collaborate with Maträtt, which makes use of produce with minor imperfections and ensures it ends up where it is truly needed.
