Fried caramel apples
4 servings
30 minutes

Ingredients
4 Swedish apples, for example Alice
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp light syrup
1 dl sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 digestive biscuits
Vanilla ice cream
Do this
Quarter and core the apples. Fry in butter, syrup and sugar until the apples become soft and the sauce starts to get deliciously sticky. Sprinkle over cinnamon.
Serve the apples warm with a scoop of ice cream or two and crumble the digestive biscuits over them.
