Aromoa's herb sauce

Ingredients
1 Pot Chives
1 Pot Chives
1 Pot Parsley
1 Shallot
1 tbsp Capers
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Lemon (juice)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
3 dl Crème Fraîche
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
Do this
Finely chop herbs, onion and capers. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the sauce as a salad dressing or as an accompaniment to hot and cold dishes.
