Chips with jalapeño cream

Ingredients

2 avocados
50g baby spinach
1/2 dl creme fraiche
1 jalapeño
1 tsp lime juice
1 garlic clove
Salt
Black pepper

Garnish:
1 jalapeño
Water, sugar & vinegar for pickling liquid
Grated parmesan
Cilantro

Optional chips to serve on

Do this

Mix all the ingredients for the cream together using a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut another jalapeño into thin slices and pickle in a 1-2-3 liquid. Let it sit to infuse and cool.

Serve the cream on your choice of chips, garnish with grated parmesan, cilantro, and a slice of the pickled jalapeño.
