Gino with stone fruits and vanilla ice cream

Ingredients
500g stone fruit – e.g. nectarines, plums and/or peaches.
100g white chocolate
Lemon balm
For serving
Vanilla ice cream
Do this
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Pit and cut the fruit into pieces about 2 cm in size. Place the fruit in ovenproof individual dishes and heat in the oven for about 5-10 minutes.
Grate the chocolate and spread it over the warm fruit. Increase the temperature to 225 degrees on grill mode for about 5 minutes more, or until the chocolate turns golden.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with lemon balm.
Tip! It also works to make it in a large dish for a bigger group.
