Gooey chocolate cake with potatoes

Ingredients

4 boiled potatoes (mealy)
100g butter
2 eggs
1dl sugar
1.5 tbsp vanilla sugar
1dl cocoa
2 pinches salt

Do this

  1. Mash the potatoes thoroughly, use an electric whisk if needed. All lumps should disappear. Then beat in room-temperature butter.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and spread the batter into a greased springform pan.

  3. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Place the cake in the refrigerator immediately afterward and let it stand until it has cooled. Then cut it into pieces and serve with whipped cream and fresh berries.
