Crispy apple crumble

Ingredients

Approx. 5 Swedish apples
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
150g butter
3 dl rolled oats
1.5 dl flour of choice
1.5 dl sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 dl light syrup

Do this

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Core the apples and cut them into 1cm thick wedges. Toss them in cinnamon and cardamom. Butter a pie dish and place the apples at the bottom.

Pinch together the remaining ingredients into a slightly sticky and large-crumbed dough, waiting with the syrup until the end. Add the syrup and mix it into the dough.

Then place the dough on top of the apples.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the pie has a golden and crispy top.

Serve with custard.
