Creamy shrimp spread with seaweed caviar

Ingredients
2 egg yolks
0.5 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1.25 dl cooking oil
2 dl crème fraîche
250 g peeled shrimp
0.5 red onion
3 tbsp seaweed caviar
Chives
Dill
Do this
Make a mayonnaise by blending room-temperature egg yolk, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and cooking oil with an immersion blender.
Finely chop red onion, chives and dill.
Then mix the mayonnaise with crème fraîche, shrimp, seaweed caviar and the chopped red onion, chives and dill.
Garnish with more red onion and chives, and serve the spread on a slice of fresh bread or with baked potato!
