Hearty potato pancakes

2 servings

20 minutes

Ingredients

4 boiled potatoes
2 dl flour
2 eggs
2 dl milk
1 tsp salt
Butter for frying

Do this

  1. Mash the potatoes thoroughly. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.

  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat. Turn them when the top starts to set.

  3. Serve with lingonberry jam and fried bacon, if desired.
