Melon tapas with air-dried ham

Ingredients
Approx. 500g sweet melon (preferably cantaloupe)
A handful of basil leaves
120g serrano ham
Balsamico de Crema
Do this
Cut the melon into pieces. Then roll up the serrano ham and secure it on a tapas stick. Next, add a fresh basil leaf and finish with a piece of melon.
Drizzle with balsamico and enjoy a simple but delicious snack.
