Potato flatbread

Approx. 6 loaves

30 minutes

Ingredients

4-5 large boiled potatoes
2 dl flour
1 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt

Do this

  1. Mash the potatoes thoroughly, then mix together with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough.

  2. Divide the dough into about 6 pieces and roll out each piece into round, thin cakes on a floured work surface.

  3. Heat a frying pan and fry the breads in a dry pan. Turn when the bread has a nice color. Total frying time is about 3-4 minutes per bread.
