Roasted chestnuts

20 chestnuts

30 minutes

Ingredients

20 chestnuts
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Flaky salt

Do this

  1. Set the oven to 225 degrees.

  2. Cut a cross at the top of each chestnut and toss them in oil. Then arrange the chestnuts with the cross facing up in a baking dish. Sprinkle with flaky salt.

  3. Roast in the oven until the shell begins to crack. It takes about 20 minutes.
