Oven-baked carrots with feta cheese and browned butter

Ingredients
500g carrots, preferably in different colors
75g feta cheese
50g butter
1 tbsp honey
50g roasted almonds
Parsley
Do this
Pre-heat the oven to 225 degrees. Peel and cut the carrots evenly lengthwise. Cut them again if the carrots are large.
Spread the sticks on a baking sheet and drizzle over the honey, season with salt and pepper. Leave in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Meanwhile, brown the butter by letting it melt over high heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly until the butter turns golden brown and smells nutty.
Roughly chop the almonds and scatter over the carrots together with crumbled feta. Pour over the browned butter and finish with a little chopped parsley.
