The clementine is a hybrid between a mandarin and an orange and has become one of the most popular citrus fruits thanks to its convenient characteristics and good taste. During the winter season, clementines from Spain are recommended, where the climate provides optimal conditions for cultivation. Toward the end of the season, the quality may vary somewhat, but the fruit often retains its sweetness and freshness well.
